Description: Address point features are required for the administration of address information by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.The attributes for this layer are represented as: [ADDRESS] - The street number, unit and street name as assigned by P&D; [COMMUNITY] - The Service Area or locality in which the address is located; [STREET_NAME] - The street name as assigned by P&D; [STREET_NUMBER] - The street number as assigned by P&D; STREET_NUMBER_SUFFIX] - The street number suffix as assigned by P&D. This is used to denote addresses for separate buildings on a single survey parcel; [ST_DIRECTION] - ; [ST_NAME] - The street name for an address less the street type. [ST_TYPE] - The abbreviation for street type; [UNIT] - The unit as assigned by P&D. This denotes separate addresses within the same building such as in secondary suites or basement suites; [ROTATION_ANGLE] - A rotation angle used for cartographic labeling. The units are in geographic degrees where 0 represents north; [BASEMENT] - Represents basements that have had an application approved for a development permit. The values in this field are as follows: DP - Development Permit has been approved; BP - Building Permit has been approved; LBS - Legal basement suite has been approved; YES - Development permit approved prior to 2014.; NO - No information available; DS - Basement destroyed in wild fire 2016; [BASEMENT_BEDROOMS] - The number of bedrooms as applied for on the development permit.
